Commission Policies

A scheduled phone call is required before beginning any commission to confirm details and discuss your vision more in depth.

Before the consultation call, a $25 consultation fee is required. This amount will be applied toward your non-refundable deposit if you decide to move forward with the commission.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before work on the commission begins. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or shipping.

Payment plans are available for the remaining balance. The final 50% may be split into up to 3 payments, as long as the full balance is completed by the delivery or shipping date.

Within 2–7 days after the deposit is received, rough composition sketches will be sent for review and selection. These sketches are intended to provide a general layout and direction for the final piece.

Completion time will vary depending on the size and complexity of the commission. If there are any changes to the estimated timeline, communication and updates will be provided promptly.

All commissions are created in acrylic and completed in my personal painting style.

Minor adjustments can be made during the sketch phase. Major changes requested after painting has begun may result in additional fees.

Shipping costs are not included unless otherwise stated.
